Beck's Record Club No. 4

Beck's Record Club is a project he started in 2009 where Beck and other musician friends would get together to record a reinterpretation of an album in a day. Using the album of choice as a framework, the artists get together with no previous rehearsals or arrangments and create first-take videos. So far Beck has done three Record Club albums featuring artists such as MGMT, Feist, and Wilco to name a few. Just this March, Beck began his fourth Record Club recording of INXS' Kick with Liars, Annie Clark of St. Vincent, and several others. A new video is posted once every week and so far they've posted 4 songs so this is pretty much my attempt to catch up. The whole concept seems pretty cool: a bunch of musicians getting together to have fun, jam out, listen to music they like and then try to recreate it. Enjoy! I know I did!
